• Antibody Specificity: 본 항체는 human IgG의 heavy chain 및 대부분의 human immunoglobulin에 공통적인 light chain과 반응합니다. 비면역 글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응은 없습니다. 단, 다른 종의 면역글로불린과 교차 반응할 수 있습니다.

• Restoration and Storage:
  • 2–8°C에서 보관하며, 사용 전 1.5 mL 증류수로 복원 (복원 후 농도 1.5 mg/mL).
  • 상온에서 1–2시간 방치 후 혼탁 시 원심분리.
  • 복원 후 2–8°C에서 수주간 보관 가능. 희석 후에는 1일 이내 사용 권장.
  • 장기 보관 시 글리세롤을 최종 50% 농도로 첨가 후 -20°C 보관.
