Product Specific Information

The ACT35 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD134 (OX-40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein and member of the TNF receptor superfamily expressed by activated T lymphocytes.
CD134/OX-40 interaction with OX-40L is implicated in T cell-dependent humoral responses, regulation of T cell expansion and survival, memory T cell pool size, and tolerance in CD4⁺ T cells.

• Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and validated for flow cytometry using stimulated human peripheral blood cells
  • Recommended use: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test
  • A test = antibody amount for staining a sample in 100 µL final volume (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Light Sensitivity:
Tandem dye sensitive to photo-induced oxidation; protect vial and stained samples from light.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-57) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal effect on brightness and FRET efficiency.
