Target Information
TRIF는 침입 병원체에 대한 선천 면역에 관여하며, TLR3 및 TLR4를 통한 NF-κB 및 IRF 활성화, 세포자멸사 유도를 매개하는 어댑터 단백질입니다. 리간드 결합 시 TIR 도메인을 통해 TRIF가 모집되며, TBK1, TRAF6, RIPK1 등의 단백질을 통해 IRF3, IRF7, NF-κB, FADD 전사인자를 활성화합니다.
