PerCP conjugates are excited by the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser and have a large Stokes shift, providing minimal spectral overlap into the R-PE (phycoerythrin) channel.
Target Information
ZAP-70 is a cytosolic protein tyrosine kinase and a member of the Syk family. It is expressed exclusively in T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells and is essential for T-cell receptor activation. Upon TCR engagement, ZAP-70 is phosphorylated on tyrosines 292, 315, and 319 within the interdomain B region. Phosphorylation at tyrosines 315 (Vav binding site) and 319 (Lck binding site) enhances signaling, while phosphorylation at tyrosine 292 attenuates activation.
