S phase에서 염색체 응축 개시 조절에 관여하며, 뉴클레오솜과 이중가닥 DNA 모두에 결합합니다.
RCC1-Ran 복합체는 복제되지 않은 DNA를 감지하는 신호 전달 경로의 구성 요소로 작용합니다.
핵-세포질 수송, 유사분열, 핵막 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 합니다.
