Target Information
Albumin은 혈청 단백질의 약 절반을 차지하는 용해성 단일체 단백질입니다. 주로 스테로이드, 지방산, 갑상선 호르몬의 운반체 역할을 하며, 세포 외액의 안정화에 기여합니다. Albumin은 분자량 약 65,000의 구형 비당화 혈청 단백질로, 간에서 preproalbumin 형태로 합성되어 N-말단 펩타이드가 제거된 후 rough endoplasmic reticulum에서 방출됩니다. 이후 Golgi 소포에서 절단되어 최종적으로 분비형 albumin이 생성됩니다.
