Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double-distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer-term storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

KCNK3 encodes a member of the potassium channel protein superfamily containing two pore-forming P domains.
The gene product forms an outwardly rectifying channel sensitive to extracellular pH and inhibited by acidification.
Also known as an acid-sensitive potassium channel, it is activated by anesthetics such as halothane and isoflurane.
Although three transcripts are detected in northern blots, no confirmed sequence variants are currently available.
