Target Information

KCNN3, a member of the KCNN potassium channel family, encodes a voltage-independent calcium-activated channel contributing to the slow component of synaptic AHP.
The protein is an integral membrane component that forms a calcium-activated channel with calmodulin-binding subunits, regulating neuronal excitability.
