Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
GMNN inhibits DNA replication by preventing the incorporation of the MCM complex into the prereplication complex (pre-RC). It is degraded during the mitotic phase of the cell cycle, and its destruction at the metaphase-anaphase transition permits replication in the succeeding cell cycle.
