Product Specific Information

  • For IHC on PFA-fixed tissues: incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Formalin-fixed tissues require heating sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Clathrin is the major protein component of the polyhedral coat of coated pits and vesicles.
Two adapter protein complexes link the clathrin lattice either to the plasma membrane or to the trans-Golgi network.
