Target Information
Immunophilins은 cyclosporin A(CyA) 또는 FK506과 결합할 수 있는 세포질 수용체 계열입니다. FK506 결합 단백질(FKBPs)과 cyclosporin A 결합 단백질(cyclophilins, CyP)은 모두 calcineurin 억제를 통해 T-cell 활성화에 관여하는 신호전달을 조절합니다.
Immunophilins은 peptidyl prolyl cis-trans-isomerase(PPIase)로서 단백질 접힘을 촉진하며, CyPA(CyP-18)는 vertebrate 조직에서 가장 풍부하게 존재하는 cyclophilin입니다.
