• In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-2 R alpha, IL-2 R beta, IL-15 R alpha, recombinant mouse IL-2 R gamma, or recombinant canine IL-2 R alpha was observed.
• In Western blots, approximately 80% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-2 R beta, 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-15 R alpha and recombinant mouse IL-2 R alpha, and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-2 R alpha were observed.
• Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
• Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).

IL2RG (CD132) is a common gamma chain shared by multiple interleukin receptors, including IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, and IL-21. Mutations in this gene are associated with X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID) and X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID).
