Product Specific Information

1 µg/mL of MA5-45135 was sufficient for detection of HSP70/HSC70 in 20 µg of Phaseolus aureus (mung bean) lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Detects approximately 70 kDa. Recognizes constitutive and inducible plant HSP70 (HSC70/HSP72).
Does not cross-react with Human, Rat, bacteria (DNAK) or Human Bip.

Target Information

HSPA4 (Heat Shock Protein Family A (Hsp70) Member 4) is a protein coding gene. Diseases associated with HSPA4 include Chagas Disease and Babesiosis. Related pathways include regulation of activated PAK-2p34 by proteasome-mediated degradation and cellular responses to stimuli.
