Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Collagen IV는 다양한 조직의 기저막(basement membrane)을 구성하는 주요 단백질로, 신장, 폐, 피부 등에서 구조적 지지와 안정성을 제공합니다.
세 개의 알파 사슬(alpha chains)로 구성되며, 각각 COL4A1, COL4A2, COL4A3 유전자에 의해 암호화됩니다.
이들 유전자 변이는 Alport 증후군 및 Goodpasture 증후군과 같은 신장 및 폐 관련 유전 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
