Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

Nestin은 Class VI 중간 필라멘트로, 발달 중인 중추신경계(CNS)와 초기 배아 신경상피 줄기세포에서 풍부하게 발현됩니다.
줄기/전구세포, 교종세포, 종양 내피세포의 주요 표지자로 널리 사용되며, 종양 내 신생혈관 평가에 우수한 지표입니다.
Nestin 항체는 신경 줄기세포의 계통 분화 연구 및 CNS 질환 치료 연구에 활용될 수 있습니다.
또한, 췌장 조혈 줄기세포 및 대장암 내피세포의 신생혈관 표지자로 보고되었습니다.
