Target Information
CD62E (E-selectin, ELAM-1)은 97 kDa의 type I transmembrane glycoprotein으로, 사이토카인 자극을 받은 내피세포에서 발현되며 백혈구에는 존재하지 않습니다. CD62E는 백혈구의 내피 부착 및 롤링에 관여하여 조직으로의 이동을 돕습니다.
CD62P (P-selectin)는 140 kDa의 막당단백질로, 혈소판과 거핵세포, 상피세포에서 발현됩니다. 염증 반응 시 백혈구와 내피세포 간의 접착 및 혈소판과 백혈구 간 상호작용에 관여합니다.
Monoclonal antibody 1.2B6은 CD62E와 CD62P가 공유하는 공통 에피토프를 인식합니다.
