Target Information
EPHB4 is a receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the ephrin receptor family. Eph family kinases play key roles in nervous system development, angiogenesis, and synapse formation. Ephrins are divided into ephrin-A (EFNA) and ephrin-B (EFNB) classes, with Eph receptors grouped based on extracellular domain sequence and ligand affinity. EphB4 binds ephrin-B2 and is essential for vascular development.
