Target Information
BPHL은 세린 하이드롤레이스로, valacyclovir 및 valganciclovir와 같은 뉴클레오시드 유사체의 아미노산 에스터 프로드럭을 가수분해하여 활성화합니다.
Valacyclovir를 acyclovir로 전환시키며, 해독 과정에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
작고 소수성 또는 방향족 곁사슬을 가진 α-아미노산 에스터를 선호하며, 1차 알코올을 가지는 기질에 대해 높은 활성을 보입니다.
