Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
V-SNARE protein involved in vesicle transport via interactions with t-SNAREs on target membranes. Plays a role in vesicular trafficking from late endosomes to the trans-Golgi network.
Together with VAMP7, participates in a non-conventional RAB1-dependent route to the cell surface used by KCNIP1 and KCND2.
May contribute to increased cytokine secretion during cellular senescence.
