Target Information
CD15 (Lewis X, Le(x); stage specific embryonic antigen-1, SSEA-1)은 여러 세포 유형(과립구, 비만세포, 단핵구, 대식세포, 위 점막세포, 신경계 세포, 종양세포 등)의 당지질, 당단백질, 프로테오글리칸에 발현되는 삼당체 결정기(3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine)입니다.
Lewis X에는 sialyl-Lewis X, sulphated Lewis X 등 여러 변형체가 존재합니다. Le(x) 항원이 높은 세포는 칼슘 의존적인 Le(x)-Le(x) 상호작용에 의해 강한 자가응집을 보이며, 이는 배아 압축이나 테라토카르시노마 세포의 자가응집 과정에 관여합니다.
Sialyl-Le(x) 및 sialyl-Le(a)는 셀렉틴의 리간드로 작용합니다. CD15 발현은 Hodgkin 병 진단 확인에 널리 사용됩니다.
