Alexa Fluor™ Plus 재조합 항체는 향상된 형광 염색 기술을 적용하여 더 밝은 신호와 우수한 신호 대 잡음비를 제공합니다. 재조합 항체로서 높은 특이성과 로트 간 일관성을 보장합니다.
사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하면 비특이적 배경 염색을 줄일 수 있습니다.
Applications Tested:
이 ZO-1 항체는 마우스 고환 조직의 면역조직화학, Caco-2 세포의 면역세포화학 및 유세포분석에 시험되었습니다.
Flow cytometry에서는 0.063–0.5 µg/test 범위에서 사용 권장됩니다.
1 test는 최종 부피 100 µL 내에서 세포 샘플을 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미합니다. 세포 수는 실험 조건에 따라 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test로 조절합니다.
최적의 성능을 위해 항체를 적절히 적정하여 사용하는 것이 권장됩니다.

Target Information
ZO-1은 ZO-2 또는 ZO-3와 복합체를 형성하며, claudin, occludin 및 F-actin과 결합하여 세포 간 밀착연접(tight junction)에서 세포골격과 연결 역할을 합니다.
ZO-1 발현은 여러 유방암 세포주에서 감소되어 있으며, 세포 간 신호전달에도 관여합니다.
ZO-1 유전자는 두 가지 전사 변이체를 가지며, 관련 질환으로는 셀리악병(Celiac Disease) 및 선천성 신증후군(Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome)이 알려져 있습니다.
