Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human DNA Damage Response CRISPR Library
The award-winning Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human DNA Damage Response Library targets 561 genes with up to 4 gRNAs per gene (pooled in a single well) for a total of 2,244 gRNAs.
Libraries are delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target with an average titer of 1×10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance).
Overview
DNA surveillance proteins continuously monitor DNA integrity and activate cell cycle checkpoints and DNA repair pathways in response to DNA damage. The gene targets within this library were selected using the most up-to-date genome databases, including NCBI RefSeq, and cross-referenced to the Gene Ontology Consortium (GO) and HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC) databases.

LentiArray CRISPR libraries are constructed using gRNA designs produced with Thermo Fisher Scientific’s proprietary CRISPR gRNA design algorithm.
This algorithm integrates the latest research and extensive in-house experience to produce high-quality designs optimized for maximal editing efficiency and specificity, targeting all known isoforms of each gene.
Up to four high-quality gRNAs per gene ensure efficient knockout across diverse cell types.
Design and Execute Experiments Without Limitations
LentiArray CRISPR libraries use a two-vector system, expressing Cas9 nuclease and gRNA from separate lentiviral constructs.
This design allows flexible control over genome editing delivery.
- Cas9 Lentivirus Construct: Human codon-optimized Cas9 nuclease with blasticidin resistance under EF-1α (EFS) promoter.
- gRNA Lentivirus Construct: Contains puromycin resistance gene for enrichment of edited cells.
- No fluorescent markers are included, enabling use of any reporter wavelength and multiplexed experiments.
You can co-infect cells with both Cas9 and gRNA lentiviruses or use Cas9 lentivirus alone to establish a stable Cas9-expressing cell line.
