Target Information
TBC1D23는 Rab GTPase-활성화 단백질로서 소포 수송에 관여합니다. Endosome-to-Golgi trafficking 과정에서 golgins(GOLGA1, GOLGA4)과 WASH complex를 연결하는 브리징 단백질로 작용합니다. WDR11 complex와 함께 AP-1을 통해 생성된 소포의 golgin 매개 포획을 촉진합니다. 뇌 발달, 특히 피질 신경 세포 위치 결정 및 신경 돌기 성장에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 선천 면역 신호 억제에 관여하여 TLR 및 dectin/CLEC7A 경로를 강하게 억제합니다.
