Description:
The 34-1-2S monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse MHC class I, H-2Kd and H-2Dd. This cytotoxic antibody also cross-reacts with Kb, s, r, q, p.

Applications Reported:
34-1-2S has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
This antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. It can be used at ≤0.25 µg per test.
A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
Cell number should be determined empirically (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance.
