Specific for endogenous levels of the ~35 kDa TGN38 protein. Additionally, a ~97 kDa band representing glycosylated TGN38 protein may be seen in rodent species.
Target Information
IASPP is one of the most evolutionarily conserved inhibitors of p53 (TP53; MIM 191170), whereas ASPP1 and ASPP2 are activators of p53.
