Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The GCKR gene encodes a regulatory protein that inhibits glucokinase in liver and pancreatic islet cells by forming a non-covalent inactive complex with the enzyme.
This gene is a susceptibility candidate for a form of maturity-onset diabetes of the young (MODY).
