For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

PKM1 encodes a protein involved in glycolysis. The encoded pyruvate kinase catalyzes the transfer of a phosphoryl group from phosphoenolpyruvate to ADP, generating ATP and pyruvate.
This protein interacts with thyroid hormone and may mediate metabolic effects induced by thyroid hormones. It also binds to Opa protein, a bacterial outer membrane protein involved in gonococcal adherence and invasion of human cells, suggesting a potential role in bacterial pathogenesis.
Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
