Qdot™ nanocrystals are composed of semiconductor materials that generate exceptionally bright fluorescent particles resistant to photobleaching. When paired with the correct optical filters, Qdot nanocrystals can be up to 50 times brighter than traditional organic dyes.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse antibodies. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by allowing multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation).
