Qdot 나노결정은 반도체 물질로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색이 거의 없는 형광 입자를 형성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우, Qdot 형광체는 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 밝은 신호를 제공합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체로, 목표 단백질의 검출, 분류, 정제 등에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상을 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린 풀로 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성하며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 추가 정제 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 제조됩니다.
