Target Information
CD99 (E2, MIC2)는 T 세포의 접착 특성 조절 및 일반적인 세포사멸(apoptosis)과 구별되는 프로그램된 세포사멸에 관여하는 막단백질입니다. CD99의 기능은 corticothymocytes와 같은 특정 T 세포 분화 단계에서 특이적이며, CD99R isoform의 발현은 T, NK 및 myeloid 세포로 제한됩니다.
