Target Information
LTK (TYK1), ALK, and Ros are receptor tyrosine kinases related to the insulin receptor subfamily.
- LTK (Leukocyte Tyrosine Kinase): Expressed in murine B-lymphocyte precursors and forebrain neurons.
- ALK (Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase): Highly expressed in the nervous system; truncated forms are associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.
- Ros: Identified as an oncogene in mutant form; normally expressed in certain epithelial cells and may play a role in epithelial development.
