For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Disheveled DVL2 is a member of the dishevelled (dsh) protein family. Vertebrate dsh proteins share about 40% amino acid sequence similarity with Drosophila dsh.
This gene encodes a 90-kD protein that undergoes posttranslational phosphorylation to form a 95-kD cytoplasmic protein, which may play a role in the Wnt-mediated signal transduction pathway.
The mechanisms of dishevelled function in Wnt signaling are likely conserved among metazoans.
