For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cardiac Troponin T (TNNT2) is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of the troponin complex located on the thin filament of striated muscles. It regulates muscle contraction in response to intracellular calcium ion concentration changes and is essential for proper muscle function and myofibril formation.
In the human heart, four cTnT isoforms are expressed in a developmentally regulated manner. Expression levels are influenced by heart failure. Mutations in the TNNT2 gene are associated with familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy.
Alternative splicing of TNNT2 transcripts results in multiple tissue-specific isoforms.
