Target Information
SGK2 (Serum/Glucocorticoid Regulated Kinase 2)는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, SGK와 유사하지만 serum이나 glucocorticoid에 의해 유도되지 않습니다.
Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase를 활성화하는 신호에 반응하여 유도되며, PDK1 및 insulin-like growth factor 1에 의해 인산화 및 활성화됩니다.
SGK2의 전사 조절에 대해서는 아직 알려진 바가 많지 않습니다.
