Target Information
The GRB7 gene encodes a growth factor receptor-binding protein that interacts with receptor tyrosine kinases such as EGFR and ephrin receptors. It plays a role in integrin signaling and cell migration through focal adhesion kinase (FAK) binding. Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms, with two full-length forms identified.
