Target Information
Von Willebrand factor (vWf)는 공통 당단백질 서브유닛으로부터 유래된 자가응집 구조체입니다. 내피세포 및 거핵세포에서 합성되며, 단량체의 분자량은 약 225 kDa입니다. vWf는 순환 중인 factor VIIIc(항혈우병 인자)에 결합하여 이를 안정화시키며, 정상적인 1차 지혈 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
