Product Specific Information

The HI30 monoclonal antibody reacts with all isoforms of human CD45 (Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA).
CD45 is expressed by all hematopoietic cells excluding circulating erythrocytes and platelets.
The cytoplasmic portion of CD45 possesses tyrosine phosphatase activity, playing an essential role in lymphocyte activation.

Target Information

CD45 (LCA) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells, comprising ~10% of lymphocyte surface proteins.
Absent on non-hematopoietic tissues, CD45 regulates Src-family kinases and antigen receptor signaling, critical for T- and B-cell activation.
Multiple isoforms arise via alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains but sharing transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions.
CD45 modulates integrin-mediated signaling, apoptosis, and immune response regulation.
