Target Information
Thrombospondin 단백질(TSP 1–5)은 세포 간 및 세포-기질 간 신호전달에 관여하는 당단백질 계열입니다. 이들은 세포 표면에서 동종 및 이종 복합체를 형성하며, 세포 발달, 혈소판 응집, 세포 부착 및 이동, 성장주기 진행에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Thrombospondin 1은 혈소판에서 Thrombin 자극에 의해 분비되며, 조직 발달 및 회복 시 일시적인 세포외기질 성분으로 작용합니다. Thrombospondin 2는 Thrombospondin 1과 높은 상동성을 가지며, 유사하지만 독립적인 기능을 수행합니다. Thrombospondin 3은 발달 단계에서 조절되는 헤파린 결합 단백질이며, Thrombospondin 4는 신경계에서 발현되어 신경돌기 성장(neurite outgrowth)을 촉진합니다.
