Target Information
OPRD1는 불안, 우울, 통증 조절에 관여하는 오피오이드 수용체로, 기분 장애 및 약물 중독 치료의 유망한 타깃입니다. Delta와 kappa 오피오이드 수용체는 헤테로다이머를 형성하여 시너지 작용을 합니다. OPRD1은 주로 뇌에서 발현되며, 피질, 꼬리핵, 해마, 측좌핵, 조가비핵에서 높은 발현이 보고되었습니다. 소뇌, 시상하부, 흑질, 시상에서는 낮은 발현이 확인되었습니다. 알츠하이머병 환자의 조가비핵과 편도체, 파킨슨병 환자의 조가비핵에서 OPRD1 발현이 감소되어 있습니다.
