Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-13 R alpha 2 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-13 R alpha 1.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
IL13RA2 (interleukin-13 receptor subunit alpha-2) is closely related to IL13RA1, a subunit of the interleukin-13 receptor complex. This protein binds IL13 with high affinity as a monomer but lacks a cytoplasmic domain and does not appear to function as a signal mediator.
