- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 완충액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 복원 단계를 수행합니다.

FABP1과 FABP6(회장 지방산 결합 단백질)은 담즙산 결합도 가능합니다.
FABP의 주요 역할은 지방산의 흡수, 수송 및 대사로 알려져 있습니다.
