Target Information
SGK2는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, SGK와 유사하지만 serum 또는 glucocorticoids에 의해 유도되지 않습니다. SGK2는 phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase 활성화 신호에 반응하여 발현되며, PDK1 및 insulin-like growth factor 1에 의해 인산화 및 활성화됩니다.
