For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

Error-prone DNA polymerase involved in DNA repair and translesion synthesis.

• Functions when normal high-fidelity polymerases stall at DNA lesions.
• Favors Hoogsteen base-pairing in the active site.
• Inserts correct base opposite adenosine template with high fidelity.
• Shows low fidelity opposite thymidine template, preferentially inserting guanosine.
• May contribute to hypermutation of immunoglobulin genes.
• Forms a Schiff base with 5'-deoxyribose phosphate at abasic sites, but may lack lyase activity.
