Target Information
CD50 (ICAM-3, intracellular adhesion molecule 3)는 백혈구에서 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 림프구 기능 관련 항원(LFA)-1 인테그린의 카운터 리셉터로 작용합니다. ICAM-3은 T세포와 항원제시세포 간의 접착을 매개하며, LFA-1의 ICAM-1 친화성을 조절하고 T세포의 활성화 및 증식을 유도합니다. 또한, 수지상세포 특이적 ICAM-3 결합 비인테그린(CD209, DC-SIGN)과 상호작용하여 면역 반응 개시 및 세포 간 신호 전달에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
