Target Information
Glycoprotein-340 (gp-340)은 scavenger receptor superfamily에 속하며, SP-D 수용체로 알려져 있습니다. Gp-340은 칼슘 의존적 단백질-단백질 상호작용을 통해 SP-D와 결합합니다. 주로 폐 조직에서 발견되며, 면역조직화학 분석에서 폐포 대식세포에서 높은 발현이 관찰됩니다. 동일한 단백질은 타액에서도 발견되며(salivary agglutinin), 두 형태 모두 DMBT1 유전자에 의해 암호화됩니다.
