The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
ATP5J2 is part of the F0 domain of mitochondrial ATP synthase, which produces ATP from ADP in the presence of a proton gradient across the membrane generated by electron transport complexes of the respiratory chain. The enzyme comprises two complexes: the soluble catalytic core (F1) and the membrane-spanning component (Fo), which includes the proton channel. ATP5J2 encodes the f subunit of the Fo complex. Two isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
