- 각 로트의 감도는 ELISA로 확인되며, 특이성은 면역전기영동(IEP)으로 검증됨.
- 사용 전 1.1 mL 탈이온수로 재용해 후 실온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전히 용해시킴.
- 입자가 있을 경우 원심분리 후 사용.
- 사용 직전 희석하여 신선하게 준비하고, 희석 후에는 폐기 권장.
- 제품은 완전 회수를 위해 과충전되어 있음.
- 수령일로부터 1년간 유효.
- 면역전기영동 기준, 비면역글로불린 인간 혈청 단백질에는 반응하지 않음.
