Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
AGMAT (Agmatinase) hydrolyzes agmatine to putrescine and urea. It is highly expressed in liver and kidney and also found in skeletal muscle, fetal liver, brain, testis, skin, and the gastrointestinal tract.
