Product Specific Information
- Paraffin 절편 염색 시 trypsin 또는 pronase를 이용한 단백질 소화 전처리가 필요합니다.
- Sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0)를 이용한 열매개 항원 회수(antigen retrieval)를 권장합니다.
- FACS 분석 시, 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)에 제안된 희석 배수의 10 µL를 사용하십시오.
Target Information
CD72는 B 세포를 비롯한 항원제시세포(수지상세포, 대식세포 등)에 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 주로 동종이량체(homodimer) 형태로 존재합니다.
CD72는 ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 억제 모티프)을 통해 티로신 인산화효소 SHP-1과 상호작용하여 B 세포 반응성을 억제합니다.
CD72의 리간드인 CD100(Sema4D)와 결합 시, BCR과의 결합 및 CD72의 인산화를 억제하고 SHP-1이 분리되어 B 세포 활성화를 유도합니다.
