Target Information
LILRB3 유전자는 leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) 계열에 속하며, 염색체 19q13.4 영역에 위치합니다. 이 단백질은 B형 LIR 수용체 하위군에 속하며, 2~4개의 세포외 immunoglobulin 도메인, 하나의 transmembrane 도메인, 그리고 2~4개의 cytoplasmic ITIMs를 포함합니다. 면역세포 표면에서 MHC class I 분자와 결합하여 음성 신호를 전달함으로써 면역반응 자극을 억제하고 자가면역성을 제한하는 역할을 합니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
